Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers,

The Confederation of Danish Industry is going to arrange a conference to address issues of green card holders. The conference is free and should be seen as a service to all green card holders in Denmark.

The conference aims first to enable holders of green cards in Denmark the right tools to use and enter the Danish labor market. There will be sessions on the rules, how to use them, what is the experience of a green card holder who has a job and what do the Danish companies expect from you?
The second conference will provide the foundation for a sound debate on the general environment for green card holders and foreign workers in Denmark in general. Businesses and key stakeholders will be invited to this section, and Morten Østergaard, member of the Danish parliament for the Danish Social-Liberal Party, will give his ideas on how to attract foreign workers in future. Aamir Sohail from the Danish Green Card Holder’s Association will talk about how the conditions seen from the outside and Dennis Nørmark from Living Institute will speak about the global challenge.
To end the debate there will be a panel discussion with key political actors. Finally there will be served snacks and refreshments in conclusion, providing an opportunity to network with other participants in the conference.
